I have been running numerous simulations for the upcoming expedition. I have had to revise my previous calculated prediction of our team succeeding of 14.7% down to 12.8%.

Perhaps there are other factors that I have not taken into account yet...

Don't worry about all that, worry about getting Akutagawa-san back in one piece.

The UEA's definition of success for the expeditions is a bit different. And given the many discoveries of the last one, there is a high probability that they have hopes these two will also be fruitful.

I will be following the orders of my superiors for the expedition. If I don't worry about his safety, our chances for completing the directives go up significantly.

Murder implies have a premeditated intention behind it. It would simply be leaving Akutagawa to look after himself as a 100% functioning adult instead of the 28% that he currently achieves.

I have accounted for his required safety in my 12.8% calculation.
