Entry #007

Ah. Some of my experiments were temperature sensitive and most did not survive with the air-conditioning breaking, despite multiple attempts to stop their disintegration. That is extremely unfortunate but gave some interesting insights to the range of conditions that they are stable in.

Genichirou, when you return from expedition, we will have to discuss implementing a back up system in the labs, to keep it separate from the base's system.

Renji - while Genichirou is away, I will be monitoring your exercise regime to ensure that you don't spend the two weeks pinned to Command checking on the expeditions.

I am sorry to hear about your experiments. Were they the long-running ones?

Will you be reporting back to Genichirou on my fitness?

That is a shame. I am sure if you write personally, they will be able to allocate resources accordingly.

I see.

I can help you set up an appointment with her.

Not while climate control is still broken, no.

You're very welcome.

I suppose now my excuse is no longer valid.

Sorry about the experiments. Installing smaller systems in a couple of the science labs and medbay will be added to the list of future projects. Hopefully when we find out why this happened we can make sure it won't again...

And thanks for looking after Renji while I'm gone.

Why? They have the walk-ins.
